Mr. Porell has over 24 years of accounting and financial management experience. He joined Gefinor Group's U.S.-based private equity subsidiary in 1995. Prior to joining Gefinor, he served as Manager in the Business Assurance practice of Coopers & Lybrand, advising both large multinational and middle market clients, predominately in manufacturing industries.

He is a Certified Public Accountant, received his M.S. in Accounting from New York University, and graduated from Harvard College with a BA in Economics.
